1. Inquiry
If you would like to purchase machines or request a stock list, please contact us through the contact form. Let us know your desired products, make, model, condition, container size, etc. Browse our stock list and let us know which items you'd like photos, condition details and pricing for.
2. What we offer
We will send you a stock list assorted according to your inquiry.
3. Negotiation
If you find a product you desire, let us know the model and chassis number by email. We will reserve the product for you once you agree on the condition and price. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
4. Closing a deal
We will send you a proforma invoice once the unit quantity reaches the container loading limit. After you confirm the invoice, please send an advance payment. Once confirmed, we begin the container loading preparation and keep you updated on the shipping schedule by email.
5. Container loading and shipping
We re-check product condition and performance during container loading preparation. If we find any defects, we will contact you and take appropriate action. After loading is complete, we will send the final invoice and photos taken during loading.
6. Final payment & documents
We will send the draft B/L after the container ship leaves the port. Please make the final payment; documents are sent by mail afterward.
7. Accepting your container
Once the container reaches the destination port, please accept your products in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
